About the role

  • Marketing Analyst focusing on communication and brand at YDUQS. Responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns to enhance student recruitment and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute institutional and promotional campaigns (online and offline) with a focus on student recruitment and retention;
  • Support various departments across internal and external communication channels (email marketing, social media, website, blog, etc.);
  • Develop institutional and advertising content aligned with the brand identity and the institution’s strategic objectives;
  • Create briefs and coordinate requests with external vendors (agencies, designers, copywriters, etc.);
  • Monitor KPIs and performance reports for digital marketing and communication activities;
  • Collaborate with diverse teams (academic, recruitment, etc.) to ensure consistency in communications;
  • Support the organization of institutional events and community engagement initiatives with the school community;
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis, and contribute to strategies for new products, projects and partnerships;
  • Manage budgets and negotiate production costs for campaigns and marketing projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the education sector;
  • Strong knowledge of advertising, marketing and social media strategies;
  • Excellent writing skills, creativity and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels;
  • Postgraduate qualification in Digital Marketing, Strategic Communication or related areas (preferred);
  • Experience with data/analytics tools;
  • Familiarity with medical education.
