Senior Demand Marketing Manager developing strategies for sales opportunities at Recollective. Creating marketing programs and collaborating across departments to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to generate sales opportunities and revenue for the company
Execute marketing programs that capture and nurture marketing leads across multiple channels
Identify and build new marketing activities in HubSpot that deliver a flow of marketing-qualified leads while monitoring ROI and optimizing CAC
Directly manage paid social, paid search and retargeting channels
Help guide SDR campaigns, set goals for conversion of leads to opportunities
Track marketing campaign ROI and adjust planned budget allocation in line with results and annual sales objectives
Track and optimize lead lifecycle and conversion rates
Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Product, to create cohesive demand generation efforts
Assist in landing page, email and ad content development to target customers throughout the customer lifecycle
Requirements
4-6 years of experience in demand generation or a related field, ideally in Tech
Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software (such as HubSpot and Salesforce)
Deep understanding of demand generation and a track record of owning campaigns and driving pipeline growth
Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
Knowledge of SaaS sales process and strategies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Post-secondary degree in marketing or related field
Experience in the market research industry is a plus
Experience in B2B and B2C marketing is a plus
Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau, is a plus
