Responsibilities
Ensure the area meets SLAs, including compliance with deadlines for judicial cases;
Ensure the quality and timely delivery of supporting materials for civil and labor legal defenses;
Produce analyses and root-cause diagnostics of processes driving judicial claims, identifying opportunities to improve internal processes;
Prepare and present reports on the area’s results;
Manage the area budget with a focus on transaction costs;
Identify and map opportunities in critical processes and liaise with responsible departments to drive improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Communications, Quality Management, or related fields;
Experience in legal operations (preferred);
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint);
Knowledge of quality and process improvement tools;
Experience in people management.
