Responsibilities
- support our Operations team and take on day-to-day responsibility for all operations processes relating to our business in Italy and UK
- analysis and in-depth study of legal issues related to the financial services (civil, financial and banking law);
- management clients complaints;
- managing requests from external lawyers and third-party authorities, inheritance processes and managing customer requests;
- contract drafting and review;
- corporate documentation management;
- privacy and GDPR.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Law - top grades
- Legal Expertise: Solid knowledge of Italian Civil and Commercial Law, with a specific interest or specialization in Banking and Financial Markets Law (TUB and TUF).
- High level of precision in drafting legal documents, contracts, and formal correspondence with a focus on technical accuracy.
- Familiarity with Privacy regulations and GDPR framework (not mandatory).
- Capability to conduct in-depth legal research and interpret regulatory updates.
- Language Proficiency: Native or C2 level in Italian is essential for legal drafting; professional working proficiency in English (B2/C1) is required for corporate standards.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel) and familiar with legal research databases.
