Historien til KLA starter i møbelbygda Sykkylven på Sunnmøre.
En bygd kjent for skaperglede, kreativitet og design.
Grunnleggeren av KLA, Kai Lennart Alnes, voks opp i en keeperfamilie hvor både far og onkel var kjente keepere.
På 70- og 80-tallet var det vanlig at barna var med fedrene på fotballtreningene, og på denne måten oppsto en genuin interesse for keeperen.
Allerede som ung keeper undret Kai Lennart seg over hvorfor keeperhanskene varierte i kvalitet, og hvorfor utvalget i sportsbutikkene var dårlig.
Med dette som utgangspunkt hadde han allerede som ung en drøm om å utvikle egne keeperhansker, men først da fotballkarrieren tok slutt fant Kai Lennart tid til å realisere idéen.
KLA ble stiftet i 2009, og har siden den gang hatt en visjon om å lage keeperhansker av ypperste kvalitet til rimeligere priser.
Alle keepere er avhengige av gode verktøy, og derfor er det vårt ønske og visjon å gi alle keepere, uavhengig av nivå, evnen til å benytte seg av topp profesjonelt utstyr.
Dette gjelder ikke minst keeperhansker for barn, hvor grunnlaget for god teknikk og motorikk skapes gjennom mestring.
Alle KLA keeperprodukter er utviklet av et team med et lidenskapelig forhold til den viktigste posisjonen på fotballbanen, keeperen.
Gjennom våre ambassadører samler vi inn en mengde nyttig informasjon til vår produktutvikling.
Etter flere år med utviklingsarbeid bruker nå keepere på alle nivåer våre keeperhansker.
Det gjør oss stolt og motivert til å fortsette utviklingen.
