About the role
- Maintenance Analyst junior role focusing on KPIs and operational efficiency improvements at Yara, solving resource scarcity and environmental challenges worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Develop controls for maintenance indicators;
- Manage maintenance indicator tracking using Excel, BI and SAP;
- Propose improvements to Maintenance, Lubrication, condition-based and predictive inspection plans;
- Prepare procedures and documents and maintain control of each document;
- Collaborate with engineering to develop inspection and quality procedures and standards in accordance with current technical regulations;
- Analyze loss profiles and produce technical reports with improvement proposals and to meet equipment availability targets;
- Analyze root causes of equipment and component failures and create/control action plans;
- Propose and evaluate improvements in production units (performance, safety and quality).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering, or a related field;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office;
- Advantage: Intermediate English;
- Knowledge of failure analysis tools;
- Lean Manufacturing knowledge;
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings (CAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, etc.);
- Maintenance planning experience;
- SAP experience.
