PMO Analyst managing project controls and governance at MAG, ensuring project delivery meets schedules and budgets. Collaborating on numerous active projects valued over £30m with a hybrid work arrangement.
Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with the project delivery teams to apply the controls, governance and standards
Provide early visibility of risks, issues and slippages
Support several projects simultaneously across different areas of Technology
Influence project managers to complete assurance activities on time and to a high-quality level
Requirements
At least 3 years’ experience of working effectively in a PMO function
Working with project management methodologies (Prince 2/MSP)
Highly organised, with the ability to manage several tasks and deadlines
Advanced working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Solid understanding of financial terminology and experience with financial systems (SAP)
Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
Ability to summarise large amounts of delivery information into a concise update
Solid understanding of analysing large sets of project information and providing insights and recommendations
