Responsibilities
- Execute reconciliation and allocation processes related to banking products reflected in the Balance Sheet and DSP accounts of Credit Cooperatives.
- Perform accounting and administrative routines, ensuring effective relationship with CAS business areas, and participate in meetings with Centrals and Cooperatives to explain and/or map the allocations performed.
- Process Financial Administration/Centralization, properly recording the liquidity results of the Sicredi System among the Credit Cooperatives.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on automation and process optimization.
- Apply intermediate knowledge of tools such as Excel, SAP and Hyperion/EPM to support activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
- Logical and mathematical reasoning to analyze accounting allocations across the various accounts of products and services offered.
- Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level at minimum.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal areas to understand and map processes and allocations.
- Agile mindset to foster a collaborative environment that encourages autonomy, transparency, innovation and learning.
