About the role

• Júnior Accounting Analyst at Sicredi executing accounting reconciliations and financial reporting. Supporting decision-making processes in a cooperative financial institution with a focus on teamwork and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Execute reconciliation and allocation processes related to banking products reflected in the Balance Sheet and DSP accounts of Credit Cooperatives.
• Perform accounting and administrative routines, ensuring effective relationship with CAS business areas, and participate in meetings with Centrals and Cooperatives to explain and/or map the allocations performed.
• Process Financial Administration/Centralization, properly recording the liquidity results of the Sicredi System among the Credit Cooperatives.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on automation and process optimization.
• Apply intermediate knowledge of tools such as Excel, SAP and Hyperion/EPM to support activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
• Logical and mathematical reasoning to analyze accounting allocations across the various accounts of products and services offered.
• Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level at minimum.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal areas to understand and map processes and allocations.
• Agile mindset to foster a collaborative environment that encourages autonomy, transparency, innovation and learning.
• Curious, proactive and motivated by challenges.
