About the role

  • Rental Sales Representative at Xylem promoting Godwin rental pump systems and temporary pumping solutions. Responsible for driving rental growth across various markets with a strong focus on customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, municipalities, and industrial accounts
  • Promote and sell Godwin rental pump systems, accessories, bypass setups, and temporary pumping solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in dewatering, sewer bypass, stormwater control, emergency pumping, and industrial applications
  • Meet and exceed rental revenue, margin, and activity targets
  • Partner with branch operations and service teams to ensure timely delivery, setup, and support of rental equipment
  • Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate Godwin rental solutions

Requirements

  • 2 years of sales experience, or equivalent work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Proven experience in rental sales, outside sales, business development, or territory sales
  • Familiarity with Godwin pump applications, dewatering, bypass pumping, temporary pumping systems, or fluid handling solutions preferred
  • Strong proficiency in CRM and business management software such as Salesforce
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and opportunity assessment skills
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities
