About the role
- Pricing Analyst enhancing pricing data accuracy and supporting customer quote reviews at Xylem. Engaging in detailed pricing analyses and collaborating across functions for improvement.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and continuously improve pricing systems, including list prices, discount structures, and customer-specific terms
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Finance to validate pricing on customer quotes and proposals
- Conduct detailed analyses on pricing, margins, and win/loss outcomes to identify improvement opportunities
- Review and audit past project pricing to ensure compliance with policy and profitability targets
- Serve as a subject matter expert for pricing-related inquiries and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pricing, finance, or business analytics
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
- Experience with pricing tools, ERP/CRM systems, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Experience supporting sales or customer-facing teams is preferred.
