About the role

  • Participant in Operations Leadership Development Program involving data analysis and operational improvements in production environments. Collaborating across various functions like Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.

Responsibilities

  • Collection, structuring and analysis of large data sets to identify trends, patterns and optimization opportunities, and the creation of reports and dashboards
  • Analysis, evaluation and continuous improvement of operational processes in a production environment, including conducting root-cause analyses and implementing solutions
  • Identification, assessment and monitoring of operational risks, and development and implementation of appropriate countermeasures
  • Planning, coordination and execution of operational projects and improvement initiatives, including communication with relevant stakeholders
  • Close collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, R&D and Purchasing, acting as an interface between production personnel and management
  • Support for the implementation, optimization and use of ERP systems and digital tools, including troubleshooting as well as user training and support
  • Development, monitoring and analysis of performance indicators (KPIs) and deriving actions for continuous improvement
  • Preparation of presentations and management reports to support strategic decisions
  • Active participation in training and development activities, knowledge sharing and supporting team members

Requirements

  • Completed Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations or a comparable field
  • Initial professional experience (approx. 2+ years), ideally in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel, SQL or comparable tools
  • Knowledge of inventory management and operational processes
  • Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
  • Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
  • Fluent German and English
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Strong willingness to learn, team-oriented working and a clear focus on results and quality
