About the role

  • Branch Manager leading service activities for Xylem's Flygt brand. Responsible for staff management, customer service, and budget oversight in Florida locations.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, and evaluate service technicians
  • Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of service parts and equipment
  • Develop and manage service department budget
  • Establish and maintain quality assurance standards for service department
  • Ensure service department follows all safety regulations and guidelines
  • Prepare and present regular reports on service department performance
  • Communicate regularly with upper management on service operations and any issues or concerns

Requirements

  • Preferred: bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field
  • At least 4 years experience
  • At least 1 year experience as a people manager or equivalent work experience
  • In-depth understanding of inventory management principles and practices
  • Experience with developing and implementing inventory management policies and procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.
