About the role

  • Project Manager responsible for developing corporate education programs for strategic clients while collaborating with internal teams. Ensuring successful implementation and long-term account management.

Responsibilities

  • You are an experienced Project Manager or Key Account Manager
  • Take responsibility for the development and delivery of sophisticated corporate education programs — from concept through successful implementation
  • Collaborate with top B2B clients and internal expert teams
  • Ensure complex projects are executed to a high standard strategically, organizationally and communicatively
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
  • Independently lead and manage national and international corporate education programs
  • Act as consultant and sparring partner for clients on transformation projects related to AI, sustainability or the sports business
  • Manage stakeholders and coordinate interdisciplinary teams and external partners
  • Identify growth and upselling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Prepare professional presentations, status reports and analyses
  • Deliver inspiring client-facing formats and workshops
  • Own budget and target responsibility, ensuring KPIs and project profitability

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Key Account Management or Project Management in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record in strategic client development and building long-term partnerships
  • University degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or a related field
  • Strong advisory skills, negotiation ability and a confident professional presence
  • Native-level German and very good English skills
  • Confident use of digital tools and experience in remote working environments
  • Technical understanding and affinity for innovative technologies such as ChatGPT or Copilot
  • Creativity, conceptual thinking and a good eye for design
