Responsibilities
- Lead and empower a team of solutions architects
- Drive successful adoption and deployment of WRITER's generative AI platform
- Partner with sales leadership and go-to-market teams for strategic account plans
- Act as an executive technical sponsor for strategic accounts
- Influence WRITER's product roadmap with market insights
- Architect robust and secure AI solutions for enterprise environments
- Transform customer evaluations and proofs of concept to accelerate ROI
Requirements
- 4+ years of management experience in solutions architecture
- Proven expertise in leading solutions architecture or sales engineering organization
- Deep technical proficiency in generative AI, LLMs, machine learning, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Hands-on experience in Python or similar scripting languages
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex implementations of AI/ML solutions
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- A strategic mindset focusing on opportunities to innovate and improve processes
