About the role

  • Lead brand strategy for major account(s), developing positioning, architecture, and customer journeys across significant and/or multiple indications
  • Translate clinical, behavioral, and market data into brand and campaign strategy that meets client business objectives
  • Drive launch planning, differentiation strategies, and competitive landscape analyses
  • Work closely with account, creative, medical, and digital teams to bring strategies to life
  • Guide messaging hierarchy, voice, and omnichannel execution
  • Mentor junior strategists and model strong strategic thinking
  • Lead internal meetings and pre-client reviews; ensure strategic clarity in deliverables
  • Serve as a senior partner to client leadership, presenting brand strategies and offering insight on brand growth and campaign direction
  • Shape and co-lead strategic workshops, planning sessions, and advisory forums
  • Assist in new business efforts and take part in strategic pitches as needed

Requirements

  • 710 years in brand strategy at a healthcare/pharma agency
  • Expertise in positioning, launch strategy, customer journeys, and omnichannel execution
  • Strong presence in workshops, meetings, and team leadership
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PharmD) preferred
  • Deep understanding of HCP/patient engagement and the healthcare marketing landscape
  • Recognition as a trusted strategic lead by clients and teams
  • Clarity, quality, and impact of brand strategies and deliverables
  • Effective team development and mentorship
