Responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative strategies to strengthen our brand and inspire our community.
Oversee key initiatives for Worldia’s B2B marketing activities across online and offline channels.
Plan, launch, and track performance campaigns with a data-driven approach.
Build and execute content strategies (newsletters, social media, branded materials).
Lead key marketing projects and events, including Worldia’s presence at ITB.
Monitor KPIs, budgets, and campaign performance, providing clear insights to management.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years in marketing in a B2B/SAAS/tech environment.
Knowledge of social media management.
Strong grasp of KPIs and data-driven decision-making.
Skilled in CRM tools like Hubspot, and analytics platforms.
Basic design skills (e.g., Figma, Adobe) and a knack for developing eye-catching materials.
German and English mandatory (C1 level expected)
Confident in cross-collaboration environment.
Familiarity with the travel industry is a bonus!
