Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a multi-person Supply Chain Planning team
- Further develop global planning and procurement strategies
- Manage the S&OP process, including production and inventory planning
- Analyze and optimize key KPIs to improve efficiency
- Participate in strategic projects, including digitalization and ERP enhancements
Requirements
- Business/commercial education with additional qualification or equivalent background
- Several years of experience in supply chain, procurement, materials planning, or production planning
- Initial leadership experience in a comparable role
- Strong SAP knowledge (MM/PP), advanced Excel skills; BI experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills; analytical and solution-oriented
- Fluent German and very good English
