About the role
- Demand & Supply Planner leading S&OP process for Action brands across Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, and France. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing inventory targets and forecasts.
Responsibilities
- Lead the local S&OP process for all Action brands across Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, and France
- Own the country-level forecast, manage inventory targets, and drive KPI performance for forecast accuracy and stock levels
- Coordinate supply planning, overseeing factory production schedules, and mitigate risks
- Represent Action in central planning meetings
- Collaborate with logistics and customer supply chain teams to optimize processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Min. 2 years of experience preferably in an FMCG environment
- Experience of statistical/data analysis/forecasting techniques
- Ability to handle competing priorities and tasks, remain organized and meet deadlines
- Ability to define problem, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Excellent project management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and influence internally across multiple departments and levels, and to work effectively as part of a team or on own initiative
- Knowledge of SAP or Kinaxis - Rapid Response or other software related to demand planning & S&OP in a big plus!
- Strong working knowledge of Excel
- Fluent in English
