- Senior Director of Supply Chain managing Turtle's Integrated Supply Chain Organization. Establishing strategies to optimize value for clients and the organization while leading a diverse team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the activities and resources of the Turtle Integrated Supply Chain Organization
- Establish and implement the strategic and tactical facets of the Turtle Integrated SC function
- Achieve optimum value for the organization and its clients
- Lead and mentor the Supply Chain team
- Ensure clear and consistent communication
- Manage negotiations to ensure agreements are comprehensive and value driven
- Create/refine standards, processes, templates for tactical sourcing activities
- Establish file sharing and document retention processes
- Track and monitor incentive opportunities for monthly reporting
- Oversee Supplier Diversity and Sustainable Procurement initiatives
- Engage with Data Governance Committee and IT resources to improve data collection and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or 10+ years equivalent experience
- MBA/master’s Supply Chain preferred
- 10+ years procurement related experience
- 7+ years Category Management experience
