Responsibilities
Conduct product demos with qualified leads provided by the SDR team
Own the entire sales cycle – from first contact to closing
Actively manage the pipeline and forecasting in HubSpot
Work closely with Marketing and Product Management
Analyze and optimize your sales KPIs
Develop and refine sales processes and playbooks
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably SaaS
Strong HubSpot skills
German at C2 level, English at least C1
Excellent communication, negotiation skills and closing orientation
Structured, self-directed working style
Team-player mindset and enthusiasm for shaping things proactively
