About the role

  • Account Executive handling sales processes for a growing B2B SaaS startup in Berlin. Collaborating with marketing, conducting product demos, and managing the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct product demos with qualified leads provided by the SDR team
  • Own the entire sales cycle – from first contact to closing
  • Actively manage the pipeline and forecasting in HubSpot
  • Work closely with Marketing and Product Management
  • Analyze and optimize your sales KPIs
  • Develop and refine sales processes and playbooks

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably SaaS
  • Strong HubSpot skills
  • German at C2 level, English at least C1
  • Excellent communication, negotiation skills and closing orientation
  • Structured, self-directed working style
  • Team-player mindset and enthusiasm for shaping things proactively
