Responsibilities
Speak with customers via outbound calls, live chat and emails using warm leads
Convert new and existing leads into customers
Understand customer needs, home setups and charging requirements
Explain Pod’s products and services in a clear, friendly way
Guide customers through the purchase journey while working towards targets
Keep customer and sales information accurate in our CRM system
Work closely with Marketing, Product and Operations teams
Act as an advocate for EV adoption and sustainable transport
Represent Pod’s values in every customer interaction
Requirements
