About the role

  • Sales Executive for 12 month placement at Pod, involved in driving EV adoption through customer engagement. Work with warm leads and provide supportive sales assistance in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

  • Speak with customers via outbound calls, live chat and emails using warm leads
  • Convert new and existing leads into customers
  • Understand customer needs, home setups and charging requirements
  • Explain Pod’s products and services in a clear, friendly way
  • Guide customers through the purchase journey while working towards targets
  • Keep customer and sales information accurate in our CRM system
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product and Operations teams
  • Act as an advocate for EV adoption and sustainable transport
  • Represent Pod’s values in every customer interaction

Requirements

  • You don’t need previous sales experience.
  • Curious, motivated and keen to learn
  • Comfortable speaking with people (or excited to build that confidence)
  • Interested in sales, business, sustainability or the EV industry
  • Adaptable and able to adjust their approach for different customers
  • Customer‑focused and enjoys helping people solve problems
