About the role
- Junior HR Manager handling Recruiting and HR Admin tasks in München. Supporting talent acquisition and internal HR processes with a focus on candidate engagement.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im HR, Recruiting oder Active Sourcing.
- Empathisch, freundlich und souverän im telefonischen und schriftlichen Austausch.
- Freude am direkten Kontakt mit Kandidaten und Kunden.
- Gewissenhaft, strukturiert und zuverlässig, insbesondere bei administrativen HR-Aufgaben.
- Kommunikationsstark in Deutsch und Englisch.
