Requirements
- At least 5+ yrs in security industry and 2 yrs in a management role
- Experienced physical security professional with a strong background in control room and corporate security environments
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing large teams
- Solid knowledge of security systems and software platforms
- Highly professional, customer-focused, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, high-volume environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ideally, relevant industry certifications and understanding of GDPR and privacy requirements
