About the role

  • Junior Network Analyst in NetSecOps at Porto managing network security and infrastructure. Focus on connectivity and collaboration for seamless communication across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain network infrastructure (SD‑WAN, dedicated links, LAN and Wireless).
  • Administer wireless networks for remote locations and branch offices.
  • Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
  • Ensure system security and connectivity in collaboration with other teams.
  • Act as the direct interface with telecom carriers for link management (ordering, cancellations and timeline tracking).
  • Initiate, approve and execute GMUDs (Change Management).

Requirements

  • Education: Completed degree in Networking, IT or related fields.
  • Technical knowledge: Experience with routing, switching, wired networks, site-to-site (L2L) links, MPLS and Dedicated IP.
  • Soft skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence (you will interact with multiple internal areas and external vendors).
  • Profile: Proactivity, constructive nonconformity and a strong solution focus.
  • Differentials:
  • Previous experience at telecommunications operators (Vivo, Claro, TIM, Oi, etc.).
  • Familiarity with specific technologies: Cisco Umbrella, Palo Alto, FirePower, Cisco Viptela (SD‑WAN), DNA Center, SolarWinds or WAF (Imperva).
