About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement cybersecurity measures to protect the organization’s information systems.
- Oversee lifecycle management of cybersecurity platforms, including patching, vulnerability remediation, configuration management, and upgrades.
- Monitor networks for security breaches and respond to incidents.
- Collaborate with IT department to enhance security protocols and solutions.
- Conduct vulnerability and penetration testing to identify potential risks.
- Create and deliver reports on cybersecurity status and suggest improvements.
- Train staff on security best practices and awareness.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in network security
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity analysis
- 3+ years of experience in incident management and security protocol implementation
- 3+ years of experience with ticketing processes, workflows, and cross-department collaboration within cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments
- 3+ years of experience with ITIL and service management frameworks
- 6+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience
- Experience in the financial services industry
- CISA, CISM, CISSP, CCSP, or similar certifications
