Responsibilities
Represent the company's interests with customers to establish long-term commercial relationships while upholding the company's values and code of ethics;
Know the portfolio and category through the company's tools (e.g., platform, commercial reports) to build a solid basis and sales arguments;
Understand the customer, competition and market using internal tools, market information and each customer's characteristics to apply our tools in the most appropriate and assertive way to generate business;
Build the annual development plan for our brands with each customer considering commercial assumptions such as volume, mix, margin and price, in order to achieve the established objectives;
Prepare commercial proposals based on the developed plan to reach the planned sales volume;
Be responsible for customer management, ensuring execution of plans as forecasted;
Prepare and maintain an action schedule with regular visits to customers and field activities, together with the Merchandising team and using the internal tool (Ontex Sales/Store), in order to analyze performance, opportunities and ongoing actions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher;
Experience in the Retail/Grocery channel;
Experience and knowledge in market analysis and KPI management;
Availability for field-based work and travel.
