Responsibilities
- Lead IT projects of varying complexity that are critical to Woodward's success
- Accountable for project results
- Accountable for project artifacts (scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, etc.)
- Lead project meetings and reviews
- Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop contingency plans and proactively address potential obstacles
- Monitor risks and adapt strategies to minimize negative and maximize positive impacts on project objectives
- Analyze complex situations, identify solutions, and make informed decisions
- Manage budgets, forecasts costs, and tracks financial performance across the program
- Creates high-performing teams by fostering trust, accountability, and open communication
- Quickly adjusts plans in response to changing circumstances or new information
Requirements
- U.S. Person within the meaning of the ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure (on-premise and cloud) and Business Systems (ERP, etc.) a plus
