Responsibilities
Lead IT projects of varying complexity that are critical to Woodward's success
Accountable for project results
Accountable for project artifacts (scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, etc.)
Lead project meetings and reviews
Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives
Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
Develop contingency plans and proactively address potential obstacles
Monitor risks and adapt strategies to minimize negative and maximize positive impacts on project objectives
Analyze complex situations, identify solutions, and make informed decisions
Manage budgets, forecasts costs, and tracks financial performance across the program
Creates high-performing teams by fostering trust, accountability, and open communication
Quickly adjusts plans in response to changing circumstances or new information
Requirements
U.S. Person within the meaning of the ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce
Knowledge of IT Infrastructure (on-premise and cloud) and Business Systems (ERP, etc.) a plus
