- Operative Betreuung aller HR-Prozesse wie Personalmarketing, Recruiting, Onboarding, Personalentwicklung, Personalbetreuung und Personalverwaltung

- Auswertung sowie Aufarbeitung von Personalkennzahlen
- Präsentation der Agentur bei Messen und Vorträgen

Requirements
- Selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein sicheres Auftreten

- Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Personalbereich und Kenntnisse der o. g. HR-Prozesse

- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschafts-, Geistes- oder Betriebswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
