People Services Support Team Member acting as a first point of contact for HR-related queries. Delivering defined People Services activities in line with business requirements at Heathrow.
Responsibilities
Deliver agreed People Services activities in line with business requirements and relevant regulatory and compliance standards.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring data is checked and input accurately.
Build and maintain strong working relationships within the People Services team and with wider stakeholders.
Ensure all received data is accurately recorded in Heathrow systems, providing a clear and auditable trail of documentation and actions.
Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to process improvement and change initiatives.
Complete employment references for current and former employees.
Respond to Tier 1 HR queries received via telephone, email, and service requests, resolving queries at first point of contact wherever possible.
Requirements
Ability to work to tight deadlines, demonstrating a flexible and agile approach.
Proven customer service experience, with a focus on delivering a positive and professional experience.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
Competent and confident user of Microsoft Office applications.
