About the role

  • People Services Support Team Member acting as a first point of contact for HR-related queries. Delivering defined People Services activities in line with business requirements at Heathrow.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver agreed People Services activities in line with business requirements and relevant regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring data is checked and input accurately.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships within the People Services team and with wider stakeholders.
  • Ensure all received data is accurately recorded in Heathrow systems, providing a clear and auditable trail of documentation and actions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to process improvement and change initiatives.
  • Complete employment references for current and former employees.
  • Respond to Tier 1 HR queries received via telephone, email, and service requests, resolving queries at first point of contact wherever possible.

Requirements

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, demonstrating a flexible and agile approach.
  • Proven customer service experience, with a focus on delivering a positive and professional experience.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Competent and confident user of Microsoft Office applications.
