Responsibilities
Own and optimize HiBob (HRIS), including system configuration and ongoing improvements
Design and manage automated workflows across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and internal changes to offboarding
Build and maintain insightful reports, dashboards, and data structures to ensure data accuracy and usability for the leadership team
Manage integrations and data flows and be the key contact person with our external providers, including payroll and Employer of Record (EOR) partners
Manage incoming People Operations requests and tickets, ensuring timely resolution and a premium employee experience
Own the end-to-end coordination of HR documentation and system updates for all employment changes
Identify recurring issues from ticket flows and translate them into automated, scalable solutions within HiBob (our HRIS)
Shift the People function from manual administration to a more system-driven, modern operation
Collaborate closely with the global People team (Switzerland and UK) to ensure seamless execution of all people processes
Requirements
Strong expertise in HiBob (must-have), including advanced knowledge of workflows, reporting, and system optimization
Proven experience streamlining manual HR processes through automation
Experience managing or working within a People Ops / HR ticketing environment
Strong stakeholder management skills and experience managing external partner portals
Experience overseeing the reconciliation of data flows between internal records and external payroll systems
A "People Systems Architect" mindset, with the ability to connect tools and design scalable, automated workflow
