About the role

Responsibilities

  • Monitor user behavior using web analytics tools and heatmaps to identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses (surveys, usability testing, and feedback analysis) to understand customer pain points;
  • Design, implement, and monitor A/B and multivariate tests;
  • Document learnings (what worked and what didn’t) and present impact reports to stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with Design (UX/UI), Technology, and Media teams to implement optimized changes.

Requirements

  • Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or related fields;
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
