About the role

  • WMS seeks an Influencer Manager responsible for leading strategist teams and ensuring quality deliverables in São Paulo. Collaborate across departments to enhance influence operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and mentor the team of strategists and curators, ensuring technical growth, strategic consistency and excellence in deliverables.
  • Review and certify the quality of influence plans, validating rationale, creativity, strategic alignment and potential impact.
  • Ensure synergy between strategists, curators and other teams such as Media, BI, Social and DC, promoting collaborative processes and fluid communication.
  • Ensure alignment with Squad Leaders, producers and partners, guaranteeing an integrated campaign vision and unified brand storytelling.
  • Define strategic KPIs together with BI, linked to the client’s business challenges and objectives, guiding the team in building strategies to achieve them.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyzing metrics with strategists and BI, and directing adjustments, optimizations and course corrections when necessary.
  • Encourage creativity and innovation in influence projects, connecting the discipline with other areas and promoting integrated approaches.
  • Ensure alignment with Squad Leaders on TCCC’s business challenges, making sure influence strategies respond directly to those objectives.
  • Ensure that briefs sent to the production team are complete and consistent, enabling high-quality execution.
  • Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with PR agencies, expanding efficiency, repertoire and accuracy in curation.
  • Deepen relationships with PR firms and media partners, strengthening the influence ecosystem and ensuring agility in delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed in a related field.
  • Strong strategic vision in influence, with the ability to connect creative opportunities to business objectives.
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, including planning, curation and campaign management.
  • Experience in people management and team leadership, focused on development, monitoring and direction.
  • Strong project management skills, ensuring organization, prioritization and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, facilitating alignments, negotiations and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented profile, ensuring cross-functional integration and joint solution-building.
