  • Manager converting data into business strategies for Warner Music Group's YouTube team. Collaborating across departments to enhance global YouTube presence.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the WMG YouTube team’s lead data resource, applying YouTube Analytics, monthly reporting, and the YouTube API to pull, prioritize, and coordinate key data and metrics.
  • Analyze account performance, campaign data, and platform trends to provide strategic insights and guidelines to global teams and senior leadership.
  • Manage commercial programs for assigned accounts, overseeing artist campaigns and partner relationships to drive revenue and market share.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects dedicated to identifying and completing revenue-generating opportunities across assigned accounts.
  • Educate internal teams, labels, and affiliates on guidelines, optimization, and new opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years experience in data analytics, preferably in music, entertainment, or digital media.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube.
  • Proven success in turning data into actionable business strategies.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience with Python and/or SQL.
  • Proficiency in Google productivity tools (e.g. Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.).
