- Manage commercial programs for assigned accounts, overseeing artist campaigns and partner relationships to drive revenue and market share.

- Educate internal teams, labels, and affiliates on guidelines, optimization, and new opportunities.
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in data analytics, preferably in music, entertainment, or digital media.
- Strong understanding of YouTube.
- Proven success in turning data into actionable business strategies.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, cross-functional environment.
- Experience with Python and/or SQL.
- Proficiency in Google productivity tools (e.g. Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.).
