About the role

  • Manager of Medical Economics at CVS Health evaluating medical policy changes and their network interactions. Presenting financial performance and supporting cost reduction initiatives for Aetna and CVS Health members.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate changes to medical policy and their interactions with network relationships
  • Support the Medical Economic mission to reduce medical costs
  • Present key trends, financial performance, tools and analyses to a broad audience
  • Analyze, draw conclusions, and communicate financial impact from changes in provider agreements
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert for various initiatives
  • Own recurring and ad‑hoc reporting used by leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree along with 3 - 5 years experience
  • Knowledge of complex data collection, modeling & analysis
  • Experience working with Excel, MS-Access and Web-based query tools (SQL, BigQuery, etc.)
  • Finance background
  • Ability to prioritize & manage multiple projects while managing customer expectations
  • Work collaboratively and build relationships with customers
