About the role

  • Channel Manager responsible for recruiting and managing partners in Italy for N2JSoft's B2B SaaS product. This role focuses on building a strong partner network and driving adoption of solutions.

Responsibilities

  • You will recruit, onboard, and scale a high-performing network of travel agencies, ERP integrators, accounting firms, VARs, and IT service providers.
  • Identify and prioritize high-value partners within the travel, ERP, accounting, and IT services ecosystems, leveraging your existing network to accelerate acquisition.
  • Enable partners on N2F’s product, value proposition, and sales methodology.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key partners.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure strong alignment and flawless execution.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native command of Italian (C2 level), both written and spoken; proficient English required (French is optional but a plus)
  • Mandatory experience in SaaS
  • Strong background in channel management, partnerships, sales, or business development
  • Deep understanding of the Italian travel/ERP/accounting/IT ecosystem, with an existing network
  • Solid knowledge of technical integrations (travel platforms, ERPs, CRMs, etc.)
  • Autonomous, structured, and execution-oriented
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working in the field, creating momentum, and representing N2F within the ecosystem
  • Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time across Northern Italy
