Channel Manager responsible for partner acquisition and management in Italy for a B2B SaaS fintech. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop a partner ecosystem and drive revenue.
Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard and grow a high-performing partner network
Execute N2F’s partnership strategy in Italy
Work closely with channel and partnerships leadership
Carry out partner acquisition, outreach and long-term relationship management activities
Collaborate daily with sales, marketing, product and cross-functional teams
Activate partners through local events, webinars, campaigns and ecosystem initiatives
Requirements
Excellent command of Italian (C2), spoken and written, with strong English skills (French optional but beneficial)
SaaS experience required
Strong experience in channel management, partnerships, sales or business development
Good understanding of the Italian travel/ERP/accounting/IT ecosystem — with an existing network
Good understanding of technical integrations (travel providers, ERP, CRM, etc.)
Autonomous, structured and execution-oriented
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
Comfortable working in the field, creating enthusiasm and representing N2F within the ecosystem
Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time across northern Italy
