About the role

  • Restaurantmanager overseeing operations and team leadership at Goodman & Filippo in Düsseldorf. Focusing on menu development, compliance, and staff management in a vibrant fast-casual setting.

Responsibilities

  • Motivate, lead, coach and train a team of around 50 colleagues
  • Develop the restaurant's product range and menu
  • Monitor compliance with workflows, legal requirements and Casualfood standards
  • Oversee cash reconciliations and cash handling
  • Create work schedules, manage vacation planning and conduct inventory

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in hospitality or equivalent qualifications
  • Previous experience as an outlet manager, restaurant manager or shift leader (m/f/d) with demonstrated leadership skills
  • Strong commercial/business acumen
  • Enjoy being a host with a confident presence and able to communicate in German as well as in English
