About the role

  • Regional Manager for automotive paint sales focusing on market analysis and business development. Responsible for customer training, innovative initiatives, and internal support for sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify opportunities and trends in the paint sector
  • Plan, prepare for and actively participate in industry and customer meetings to promote business relationships
  • Develop and execute innovative sales initiatives to increase revenue and customer retention
  • Organize and deliver industry training for employees at sales outlets to further develop their expertise
  • Support sales outlets through targeted consulting and training on sales campaigns and pricing in the area of paints
  • Participate in the WM workshop trade fairs

Requirements

  • Completed commercial and/or technical training, preferably in the paint industry
  • Industry knowledge and experience in sales, ideally in a leadership role, is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and interpret market trends
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer orientation with a consistently friendly and professional demeanor
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  • Confident user of MS Office applications
  • Good written and spoken German
  • Valid driving license (Class B or Class 3)
