About the role

  • Sales Representative managing regional customers and acquiring new clients in Kfz and Nfz-Parts sector. Planning appointments and optimizing sales processes for WM's full-service solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and advise an existing regional customer base and acquire new customers in the passenger car and commercial vehicle (CV) segment
  • Independently plan and conduct customer appointments/visits
  • Actively sell the product range
  • Optimize and further develop existing sales processes
  • Conduct market monitoring and competitive analysis
  • Support sales and customer events
  • Perform needs and potential analyses (Customer 360 reporting tool)
  • Responsible for sales and profitability
  • Participate in WM workshop trade fairs

Requirements

  • Completed technical or commercial vocational training, preferably in the automotive sector
  • Field sales experience within the automotive industry
  • Understanding of market and customer needs
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude with a consistently friendly and professional manner
  • Good written and spoken German skills
  • Persuasiveness and strong negotiation skills
  • Confident user of MS Office applications
  • Driving license class B (formerly class 3)
