About the role

  • Field Sales Representative at WM providing support to regional and new customers in the automotive parts sector. Planning and organizing appointments, selling products, and optimizing sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and advise an existing regional customer base and acquire new customers in the passenger car and commercial vehicle segments
  • Independently plan and conduct customer appointments and visits
  • Proactively sell the product range
  • Optimize and further develop existing sales processes
  • Conduct market monitoring and competitive analysis
  • Support sales and customer events
  • Perform needs and potential analyses (Customer 360 analysis tool)
  • Responsible for sales and profitability
  • Participate in WM workshop trade fairs

Requirements

  • Completed technical or commercial vocational training, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Field sales experience within the automotive industry
  • Understanding of market and customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus with a consistently friendly and professional demeanor
  • Good German language skills, spoken and written
  • Persuasiveness and negotiation skills
  • Confident user of MS Office applications
  • Valid Class B driver's license (formerly Class 3)
