Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to facilitate seamless data lead transfers and provide superior client support throughout the acquisition process.
Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance your conversations and positioning of our services.
Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions and activities in our CRM system, providing updates and feedback to leadership.
Requirements
Proven experience in a client-facing role, ideally within the financial services or data sectors.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish credibility quickly.
High energy level and passion for driving results.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Aptitude for learning and retaining industry-specific knowledge.
Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Additional language skills are advantageous but not essential.
