Responsibilities

  • Active prospecting using the web, Big Data tools, and sales intelligence.
  • Conduct diagnostic meetings, present solutions, and drive deals to closure.
  • Understand the client's environment, map real needs, and recommend the best product or combination of modules.
  • Identify decision-makers, influencers, and business challenges.
  • Execute consistent follow-ups and address prospects' questions.
  • Monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales and marketing to ensure a healthy pipeline of opportunities and improve conversion rates.
  • Use HubSpot CRM to organize the pipeline, log activities, and maintain forecasting accuracy.
  • Continuously stay updated on trends, competitors, and SaaS sales best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Account Executive (Closer);
  • Experience with consultative selling;
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time productively and efficiently;
  • Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with new people and companies daily;
  • Knowledge of the inside sales process, from the beginning of the buyer's journey through to closing;
  • Active listening: genuine interest in what people are saying and the willingness to ask questions;
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team;
  • Effective communication (verbal and written);
  • Ability to ask challenging questions;
  • Maintain discipline and daily habits; consistency in activities and actions;
  • Ambition and desire to grow with the company (strong drive and determination).

  • Hybrid work: 3 days in-office and 2 days remote. You will have flexibility to work some days from home and others at our office in Curitiba, PR.
