Responsibilities
Prospect new clients through networking, referrals, and business development
Conduct financial needs analysis and fact-finding interviews
Educate clients on retirement planning, life insurance, disability insurance, and investment options
Support portfolio implementation including mutual funds and insurance products
Maintain client relationship management (CRM) records
Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation standards
Participate in licensing preparation and professional development
Deliver ongoing client service and relationship management
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to obtain Life and Health Insurance license
Strong communication and consultative sales skills
Comfortable with prospecting, lead generation, and client acquisition
Basic proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing (preferred)
1+ year of experience in sales, banking, insurance, financial services, or customer service (preferred)
Active Life and Health Insurance license (preferred)
Interest in securities licensing including Series 6, Series 7, Series 63, or Series 66 (preferred)
Interest in Certified Financial Planner (CFP) track (preferred)
