Responsibilities
Own the holistic health and ROI of your customer portfolio.
Lead the technical setup and configuration of Wisdom AI.
Conduct 'Scoping Sessions' with stakeholders.
Refine prompt patterns, validate answer accuracy, and create custom metrics.
Identify bugs, suggest new features and work with Engineering.
Train 'Power Users' to build their own 'Stories' and Dashboards.
Demonstrate measurable impact on the product's value.
Requirements
3+ years in Technical Account Management, Solutions Architecture, or Deployment Strategy
Strong understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks)
Ability to understand and write SQL to validate AI-generated queries
Familiarity with concepts of data schemas, knowledge graphs, or semantic layers
Understanding of how Generative AI works, including prompt engineering
Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, actionable business strategies.
