Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to our clients by answering questions and finding solutions to issues related to our products and services.
  • Offer outstanding assistance and support to our restaurant partners, from onboarding new clients to ensuring they are comfortable using our tools.
  • Handle incoming requests and always strive to create a positive experience for every client.
  • Contribute to documenting our internal processes to streamline the client onboarding journey.
  • Participate in selling products or services that could better meet client needs.

  • You have excellent organizational skills, enjoy analyzing your clients’ data, and follow internal processes.
  • You adapt quickly to your environment and proactively make suggestions for improvement.
  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
