About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes at WIRIS. Collaborating with hiring managers and sourcing candidates for tech roles in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for the roles assigned, partnering closely with hiring managers throughout the entire hiring journey.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create, review, and refine job descriptions that clearly reflect team needs and role expectations.
  • Publish job openings across different platforms and job boards to attract the right talent.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing both skills and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines, keeping candidates engaged for current and future opportunities.
  • Ensure a positive and consistent experience for both candidates and hiring managers through clear and timely communication.
  • Coordinate and follow up on interview stages, update records, and keep the recruitment process organized and transparent.
  • Lead the onboarding process, supporting new hires to ensure a smooth and welcoming start.
  • Share recruiting best practices and support hiring managers with interview techniques, candidate engagement, and retention advice.
  • Actively participate in industry events to stay abreast of talent trends and emerging best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Labour Relations, or a human resources-related field.
  • Around 2 years of experience recruiting tech profiles, ideally in a fast-growing or dynamic environment.
  • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage sourcing and hiring processes.
  • Basic knowledge or experience working with HRIS tools, supporting recruitment and people-related processes.
  • A people-oriented attitude, with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different stakeholders.
  • Curiosity and a proactive mindset to explore different sourcing channels and recruiting strategies.
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
