- Monitor project progress, quality control, audits, and assessments.

- Lead project teams, define roles, and ensure clear communication across interfaces.
- Represent the project internally and with customers, maintaining strong relationships.
- Deliver projects within time, budget, and quality targets while optimizing profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred.
- Proven project management experience (aviation or related industry).
- Proven project leadership experience, managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong skills in project governance, planning, risk management, and reporting.
- Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and hybrid delivery; coaching teams and managing dependencies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication, including customer-facing experience.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, costs, and resource allocation.
- Experience supporting technical development, testing, and industrialization.
