  • Client Operations Partner eliminating operational friction for busy clients. Leading shadowing sessions and transforming workflows into delegated systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead live client shadowing sessions to extract work in real time
  • Identify high-pain, high-impact tasks without waiting for client direction
  • Convert messy workflows, brain dumps, and recordings into clean SOPs
  • Audit inboxes, calendars, and digital tools to uncover instant delegation wins
  • Deliver the first functional SOP within 48 hours of client onboarding
  • Work in-office with Bench VAs to ensure tight handoff and execution
  • Turn Looms, voice notes, and messages into clear, executable tasks
  • Maintain client trust around access, security, and managed-office workflows
  • Own early client outcomes, speed, and momentum end-to-end

Requirements

  • Client-facing operator role experience
  • Experience in live shadowing sessions
  • Skills in task delegation
  • Digital auditing experience
