About the role

  • Product Owner E-Academy responsible for optimizing digital learning platforms for customers. Engaging in product development and collaborating with various stakeholders for effective implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Further develop and optimize the digital learning platform with a focus on customers and partners
  • Develop the product vision and roadmap for the E‑Academy
  • Independently bring the product to life during the launch phase
  • Drive continuous development using agile methods
  • Coordinate closely with central product management and the Digital Touchpoints area
  • Collect and prioritize requirements from a wide range of stakeholders
  • Own the backlog and ensure successful implementation
  • Create flexible, interactive, multilingual and device-independent e‑learning offerings
  • Monitor market trends, technological developments and new educational concepts
  • Measure success using meaningful KPIs and reports and derive optimizations
  • Coordinate cooperation with interfaces such as Digital Service Management, IT, Marketing and international units

Requirements

  • Degree in Education, Business Administration, Business Informatics or Engineering, or equivalent qualification
  • Experience as a (certified) Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in e‑learning, digital platforms or B2B solutions
  • Knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, modern learning platforms (LMS) and digital educational media
  • Instructional design competence in creating and implementing digital learning offerings
  • Understanding of sustainable, target-group-oriented learning processes
  • Creativity, an innovative mindset and strong execution skills
  • Enthusiasm for digital education and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • High degree of personal responsibility, team spirit, and strong communication and presentation skills
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
