Responsibilities
Own and champion the product roadmap for our mobile applications, aligning it with Helcim’s goals and objectives.
Translate user needs and business requirements into a prioritized backlog of features and enhancements.
Manage the product backlog, ensuring it is constantly refined, updated, and reflects the current priorities of the mobile team.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to estimate, plan, and deliver on the roadmap.
Ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement of our mobile applications through effective roadmap execution.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in the mobile space, proactively identifying opportunities to incorporate them into the roadmap.
Manage the entire product lifecycle for your area, including research, design, development, and launch across iOS, Android, and workstation platforms.
Oversee the implementation of product initiatives from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and successful adoption.
Identify, build, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product performance, identify areas for optimization, and measure the success of initiatives.
Analyze user behavior, conduct market research, and leverage data-driven insights to inform roadmap and backlog prioritization.
Serve as a liaison between the development team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment around the roadmap and backlog.
Requirements
3-5 years of relevant product management experience, with a focus on mobile applications (iOS, Android) and hardware-software integration.
Deep understanding of mobile development lifecycles, app store guidelines, and platform-specific design principles.
Experience with agile development methodologies, roadmap planning tools, and backlog management systems.
Proven ability to define and manage a product roadmap that delivers impactful mobile solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
A deep empathy for users and a customer-centric approach to product development.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, engineering.
